Hollywood, on the other hand, refers to the American film industry based in Los Angeles, California. Hollywood movies are known for their big-budget productions, state-of-the-art special effects, and a focus on entertainment and box office success. Hollywood films cover a wide range of genres, including action, adventure, sci-fi, drama, horror, and comedy.

Bollywood films often have themes and storylines that are more relatable to Indian audiences, for example, it focuses on themes of love, family, and relationships, which are important values in Indian society. Another distinguishing element that many Indian viewers like are the dramatic songs and dance sequences in Bollywood movies,  often featuring traditional Indian music and dance styles. Hollywood films have more advanced graphics and production values, which may be appealing to audiences who are looking for a more immersive cinematic experience.
